The South Carolina Association of Governmental Purchasing Officials (SCAGPO) is proud to partner with Harvest Hope Food Bank for the Pack-a-Pickup for Hope Food Drive.
As an organization dedicated to supporting excellence, efficiency, and service throughout South Carolina's public procurement profession, SCAGPO understands the importance of investing in strong communities. Through this campaign, we invite members, partners, agencies, and supporters to come together to help provide food and hope to South Carolinians facing food insecurity.
Our goal is simple: Pack a Pickup and Fill Local Pantries. Whether you contribute non-perishable food items or make a monetary donation through our Virtual Food Drive, every gift helps Harvest Hope provide meals to children, seniors, veterans, and families in need across South Carolina.
Together, we can demonstrate the power of public service beyond the workplace by making a direct impact in the communities we serve every day.
Join SCAGPO and Harvest Hope as we work together to fight hunger—one donation, one meal, and one pickup truck at a time.
Serving South Carolina. Supporting Communities. Delivering Hope.

In Support of Harvest Hope Food Bank
Harvest Hope is South Carolina’s largest food bank, providing over 25 million meals on average to neighbors in need across the Midlands, Pee Dee and Upstate. Harvest Hope is on a mission to eliminate hunger and food insecurity in South Carolina. We rescue nutritious food from stores throughout the state and distribute it to food pantries, shelters, and soup kitchens.
We operate programs that provide food for our most vulnerable citizens – children, seniors, and rural residents who don’t have access to grocery stores. We also run our own emergency food pantries in Greenville and Columbia where anyone in need can get a week’s supply of groceries for free.
Harvest Hope began in 1981 as the result of a shared vision of business leaders and the faith community, who set out to provide for the hungry in Columbia. Since then, Harvest Hope has increased its mission to feed the hungry across 20 counties in South Carolina.
